Please come into the shop to collect your order. The old text system is no longer in use so please do not message this number. You will receive a collection notification via email.
Important: Our premises is a working warehouse, we frequently receive large deliveries on articulated lorries. Please be aware you may need to wait for a delivery to be completed before you can park and enter the shop. Thank you for your patience.

We are pleased to offer a free Click & Collect service for customers! Below is some important information about this service, please familiarise yourself with these terms before selecting Click & Collect at the check out.
Placing an order
​
All orders must be placed through our website. Select Click & Collect from the dropdown menu on the basket page.
When completing checkout, please make sure you include a valid email address so we can notify you when your order is ready. If no email address is provided, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.
​
You will be notified by email that your items are ready to collect within 1-3 working days of placing your order. Orders can only be collected once you have received your 'ready to collect' email notification, we cannot prepare orders on demand.
​
Upon arrival, please go to the desk in our shop and give your name and order number, a member of staff will retrieve your order from the freezers and help you out to your vehicle if needed.
​
Please collect your order within 5 working days. Orders not collected in this timeframe will be cancelled and refunds will be subject to a 15% picking charge. We cannot hold or delay orders past the 5 day cut off. If you have made a mistake, please contact us to cancel your order.

We are in Zone 5 on Llandygai Industrial Estate. Please see map and written directions below.
There are parking spaces on the right in our private carpark. You are welcome to park here or on the road.

Upon entering Llandygai Industrial Estate, follow the main road down around the first right hand bend, then continue on the road around the next left hand bend. You will come down a hill with another right hand bend at the bottom. After this corner, take the next left. You will see the Traffic Officer and Highways unit on your left and Worseley Plumb on your right. Straight ahead you will see our unit. We are next door to Sunbelt Traffic Management.
